• Fortune Sourcings acts as an intermediary between buyers and suppliers and is not liable for manufacturer-side production delays, quality variations, or policy changes beyond our control.
• Any agreement becomes binding only upon written confirmation via email or signed documentation.

5. Payment Terms

• Payments must be made as per the agreed terms mentioned in Proforma Invoice or Contract.
• All payments are to be made through official company accounts only.
• Advance payments are non-refundable once supplier order confirmations are issued.
• Fortune Sourcings shall not be held responsible for delays caused by currency fluctuation, customs clearance, or logistics disruptions.

6. Shipping & Logistics

• Freight, insurance, and customs duties are managed as per agreed Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF, DDP).
• Delivery timelines are indicative and subject to factory production, customs, and international transport conditions.
• Risk and ownership transfer as per the finalized contract terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content — including text, images, videos, graphics, and logos — is the property of Fortune Sourcings and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without prior written consent.

You may not use our brand name, logo, or materials for any promotional or commercial purpose without authorization.

• Factory-level or third-party delays, damages, or quality issues outside our direct control.
• Losses caused by misinformation, client-side miscommunication, or force majeure events (including pandemics, war, or trade restrictions).

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the service fee or commission amount paid to Fortune Sourcings.
