Service fees

Service fees paid for sourcing, inspection and logistics coordination are non-refundable once work has commenced. Factory deposits remitted on behalf of clients are governed by the commercial terms of each individual PO. Consultation bookings may be rescheduled at no cost up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
