Supplier Shortlist
A shortlist of three to five vetted factories is built against your specification, never a single captive supplier.
Factory Audit
Our local China team physically visits shortlisted factories. Capability, capacity and compliance are signed off in writing.
Sampling
Paid samples are produced against spec sheet. We test, approve, and counter-sign the golden sample before production.
Production & DUPRO
During-production inspections catch defects mid-run. We escalate to factory management before the run completes.
Pre-Shipment Inspection
AQL sampling inspection against approved golden sample. Container is not sealed until defects are inside tolerance.
Export & Documentation
Full export documentation desk handles CO, FORM-E, commercial invoice, packing list, BL, destination compliance.
Destination Delivery
Liaison with your destination CHA until containers clear customs and reach warehouse.
