Inspection levels
We default to General Inspection Level II with AQL 2.5 / 4.0 / 6.5 (critical / major / minor). Higher inspection levels are available for safety-critical, electrical or cosmetic-sensitive product.
Pre-shipment
Pre-shipment AQL inspection, every container.
AQL ANSI Z1.4 pre-shipment inspection on every container we ship. No container is sealed for export without an inspection sign-off from our QC desk. Reports delivered within 24 hours of inspection.
Operational capability
Independent AQL sampling to ANSI Z1.4. We inspect against the approved golden sample, measure critical dimensions, verify packaging, barcode and label accuracy, count the consignment, and only release the shipment once the defect rate is inside tolerance. Photo and video report delivered within 24 hours.

Section 02
Three-stage Fortune QC ladder
- Initial production check (IPC), 0-10% production complete.
- During-production check (DUPRO), 30-80% complete, escalation tree active.
- Pre-shipment inspection (PSI), 100% packed, before container seal.
